About Claude
Claude Silver is on a mission to revolutionize workplace culture, leadership, and talent. The world's first Chief Heart Officer and an 11-year veteran of VaynerX, she partners with Gary Vaynerchuk to drive the company's success. Claude’s entire approach to work is the outgrowth of her decades of experience building high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and turning emotional intelligence into individual and team intelligence.
Claude began her grown-up life as a self-proclaimed “late bloomer,” where she searched for a sense of purpose on a 93-day Outward Bound Leadership trek. She founded (and later sold) an outdoor adventure and surfing school, and rose to prominence in corporate advertising as a creative brand strategist.
